年紀輕輕的阿銘師，卻有著20年底蘊的日料精神☺️👍🏻

誰能想到，在安平這不起眼的街道邊，竟有如此高層次的日本料理。

說到台南的美食，除了大家所認識的小吃之外，我想日本料理在台南人心中也佔有一席之地。

距離第一次來品嚐時已經時隔八個多月，初次在料理台邊看著阿銘師，不疾不徐的製作餐點以及備料，還能跟客人們訴說著食材來源以及器皿的文化歷史，才知這輕鬆交談的背後，很難看出年紀不大的阿銘師，可是藏者近20年的日料經驗所孕育而成。

香箱蟹、大頭甜蝦、中卷、尖梭⋯，最後還有一份招待的甜點🍮😋，竟然是裝在陶瓷的啤酒杯😲

再次感謝阿銘師為台...
