今晚點了一碗小碗紅燒牛肉乾麵(2023年實價100NT)，店家製作時有發現作成湯麵，而快速重新製作成乾麵。好奇心驅使下而詢問店家，根據老闆的說法，乾麵的醬料比較濃郁，所以不能混用。雖然店家販售的是川味牛肉麵，但對於不太會吃辣的家人來說還是可以接受的。平日晚餐時間略有人潮，點餐時需稍微等侯一下，不過店家煮麵的速度還算快速，不會等太久就能拿到餐點。

1.附近有停車場，還算好停車，旁邊的中華電信前面也可以停車，平常日中午用餐時間都可以容易找到車位 2.店內狹小，桌子與桌子間很窄，桌子數量不多，但店家用兩個店面做成用餐區，所以還算可以… 3.佐料區有各種佐料可以自己調理，油泡辣椒不辣但香氣夠，豆瓣醬及辣椒醬就很一般般，餐具有用烘碗機存放… 4.小菜種類不多，就像菜單上面的種類，有分大份小份， 5.花生一份20元，口感軟爛，很好入口，老人家應該很喜歡這種軟爛的口感… 6.滷牛腱小份70元，厚度還可以，口味還不錯有點偏鹹，美中不足的是，滷牛腱肉質太硬 7.紅燒牛肉麵應該是這間店的招牌品項了，進到店裡面的客人全都點牛肉麵，蔥放得很夠，酸菜可以自己加，麵條的軟硬度可以客製化，湯頭喝起來沒啥牛肉味，而且吃完...
