Read more第一次至中華店用餐,雖相較新興店的店面小,不過店內的氣氛塑造一樣優秀的不可思議~因為是特殊節日的關係,組合套餐直接往上抬了一些價格,當日附上的特別活動使人會心一笑,店員服務用心,用餐過程舒適,一度感到像是在家烤肉一樣安心。 這次點了兩種套餐:極致安格斯黑牛組合、究好豬腹脅肋排組合
/主餐
「極致安格斯黑牛組合」 裡面包含安格斯黑牛燒肉 95g、安格斯黑牛排肉95g、安格斯黑牛肋眼120-140g,肉量豐富到光吃這份就很有飽足感,油脂豐厚、肉質豐厚飽滿,煎七、八分熟後一口咬下,鮮嫩多汁到彷彿擁有一整座可以奔跑的大草原。搭配三種特調醬料:柚子醬、昆布鹽、(還有一個忘記了),來到了另一個層次,God,現在回想起來還是無法忘懷對於安格斯的感動之情,香氣與彈性一一挑戰嘴巴對於肉品的極限,唯一的缺點就是品嚐到忘懷後發現居然就這樣吃完了。
「究好豬腹脅肋排組合」 品項包含究好等花豬 95g、究好豬五花 95g、究好豬菲力95g,近期非常紅的究好豬,沒想到在這裡就吃的到,相較於牛肉,豬肉的本質較容易膩口,但因為組合可以吃到多樣的部位,在轉換上能夠不斷向各種對於燒烤的新鮮度一翻再翻。豬肉品質無話可說的美味,香氣四溢、油脂豐厚、肉質厚實彈牙,油脂滴下至炭火後的大火澆淋,能夠提出更具張力的燒肉氣息,配上其他肉品或海鮮一同燒烤,就像一場關於美味的頂上戰爭—海鮮蔬菜慢燉、牛肉時溫時猛、豬肉炙熱翻動,在同一碳烤網上呈現三份風情,如此充滿香氣的火光反映著對於美食的炙熱啊!
/副餐
「雞三味組合」 品項包含原味、味噌和辣味三種口味,是用去骨的帶皮雞腿肉下去與醬汁共同醃製而成,雞腿肉嫩滑,醬汁完美吸收彷彿渾然天成。
「經典雞肉組合」 品項包含雞伯伯(雞脖子的肉)、雞腿肉(原味)、雞軟骨及雞膝軟骨,沒有添加醃醬的自然之味,部位豐富能夠一次品嚐到不同層次與口感,傳統而不失禮節,每口都是為嘴巴展開一次新的開端。
