吉利咖啡(即時公休異動-IG&FB:JILI Coffee) — Restaurant in Taipei

This is a gem of a place I found while on a walk about in the Shipai area, about 7 mins walk from the station. You’ll need a bit of Chinese, no English menu, but the staff are super patient and will help you through. The atmosphere is super chilled and relaxed but a lot of tables have reserved on them so might be a struggle if busy. Their ‘French toast’ is amazing and great value with the ice cream. Coffee is really smooth. Main meals are a little pricier (around 330 for the chicken, eggs and toast) but still good...

Atmosphere is super cozy, the music is quietly playing in the background, and there are outlets near most of the seats; definitely my favorite place to study. 硬體：環境不錯，美式工業風的裝潢，Marshall 音響有加分。桌跟桌之間是舒服的距離，沒有為了增加席次而硬塞桌子。幾乎每個位子都有插座，有免費wifi。整體氛圍輕鬆，不管跟家人朋友吃飯，或一個人帶個筆電來工作都適合。

軟體：先說服務態度是好的，願意聽客人的意見。但感覺人員訓練不足（看起來像老闆的家人臨時來幫忙的），做菜沒有sop，等待時間太長，今天等了快40分鐘終於忍不住問服務人員有沒有在做餐，才跟我們告知點的雞腿排醃漬時間不夠沒辦法上菜（應該要早點告知的）。後來改點活力早餐，炸物的部分沒有瀝油，需要用衛生紙自己把油吸掉，法式吐司浸泡蛋液的時間可以再久一點讓它更入味。飲料的部分，我們點了拿鐵、美式跟紅茶，咖啡的味道薄（後來詢問店裡是使用中淺烘焙的豆子，所以咖啡味道有點被奶味蓋過去了，老闆表示可以多加一份濃縮☺️）。紅茶可能泡太久澀味明顯，希望改成茶包讓客人自己決定泡多久。生菜沙拉表現還可以，搭配的sauce...
