Our first time visiting Taitung did not leave a good impression. We just went for quick coffee and snack. Ordered 1 coffee and 1 waffle with ice cream via mobile phone QR code but unable to pay using foreign credit card. Interior was cute but not that special. Went down to pay cash but only to be told that we need to buy 2 coffee for 2 persons (why no sharing??? And if they have this policy why not post at the door or say it at the beginning??).
