三顧茅廬麻辣滷味-桃園中正店 — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

I've been eating at 三顧茅廬 stores for over a decade and their food has always been consistent and delicious. This store is an exception.

The soup is clearly watered down and has none of the red oil streaks you usually get. It's incredibly bland. There was also extremely little soup. Stores usually split larger orders into multiple containers so you get plenty of soup, but this place crammed all the ingredients + soup into one container. The end result: almost no soup.

The quality of the ingredients was also exceptionally poor. I don't know whether this is a this store problem or a recent change from HQ due to "cost down", but the veggies were hard and gross (even after I cooked them further) and the little pink sausages were inedible (and not even pink). The baiyue tofu also seemed to be a different brand/variety than sangu places usually use.

Some ingredients had also been clearly cooked for a different time than others, as some were still warm while others were cold inside.

Really disappointing. I'd highly suggest going elsewhere...

員工顧著聊天，挑好食材時就告知不要辣，最後裝湯後，看著員工舀了3湯匙的辣油，旁邊的員工還小聲提醒說不要加辣的，回家吃整個就是大辣！！打電話去詢問，還反問我不是說要小辣嗎…！

我沒有搞錯店家，她是先裝湯還是後裝湯，我不知道，我只知道我轉頭看的時候，她正在舀著幾湯匙的調味料，當下我還不知道那就是辣油，還聽到旁邊的員工提醒她說不要辣，我的蓋子上沒有任何記號，但我很明白的告知不要辣，旁邊的員工也有在最後提醒裝料的員工，我以為沒有加辣，回家卻發現滿滿的辣油，打電話去時員工說可以回去幫我用湯洗掉辣油，我點了2包王子麵，我買好回家了，再拿回去店家洗掉辣油，再拿...
