The signature dish is noodle soup with a mix of clam, pork ribs, and shrimp. The shrimp are exceptionally great, big and fresh. I'd order clam and shrimp soup without noodle next time, cause I feel that the noodle and bean sprouts are affecting the original broth's flavor.
The pork ribs soup broth is quite nice, not too oily, more of peppery. The meat part are unfortunately quite dry.
