The first and most unwelcoming experience at Taiwan. Took a taxi from airport hotel for dinner, at this nearest restaurant within the area. Opening hour on both Google and door stated until 22.00. Only to know they decided to close at 9pm, when we arrived at 8.15pm. As it was too late to look for another dinner place, we tried to convince the lady boss that we will try our best to finish up by 9pm, but she doubted. Declined at the shop, and refused to help us call another cab from out of nowhere for this group of tourists with minimal connection. Will not come to Taipei after this awful transfer...

已於前一天電話訂餐，並確認地址電話， 母親節當天預計中午等餐送來， 離預計送達時間超過半小時了還是沒消息！

因為離家不算遠，考量到可能餐廳繁忙來不及送來，和家人直接開車前往領取， 到櫃檯時，櫃檯桌前有一名老年歐巴桑員工看來很閒，也完全不幫忙確認餐點狀況，內場看來相當混亂，有其他負責的女員工忙前忙後，我報出訂購相關資訊後，一下說還沒出等一下，一下又說沒有看到單，最後又跟我說已經交由外送員工配送，我再三確認訂購資訊，也問過確認真的餐點已在路上，只好跟家人空手而歸，但我們都到家了，餐點仍未送達！

此段期間我們不停地嘗試撥打餐廳電話通通轉到忙線，也不見外送餐點蹤影，等了近兩個小時，兩點左右受不了了，我們很負責的打算去餐廳直接取消訂單詢問狀況，抵達現場只接收到餐廳人員一連串的抱怨，一句道歉也沒有！

自己的員工找不到地址無法送達（先前已訂購多次）、說我們的電話號碼其中一碼無法辨識因此無法聯絡我們（從零猜到九原來這麼難？）那位歐巴桑還不停怪罪我們，不僅沒有任何誠意道歉，也沒有想彌補的意思，基於不浪費的道德，我們最終決定帶回已完全冷爛的餐點（餐廳向我們收取原價），我想我們已經了解到貴餐廳的員工素質跟服務品質了！

好好的母親節被拖延遲到又不負責任的餐廳給搞壞心情，絕對不會再來這間餐廳消費！
