越南籍的店員很有禮貌，還有早上開店的老闆娘也很親切有一次，我早上9點就想喝苦瓜排骨酥湯，闆娘會提醒：才燉1小時，可能苦瓜還沒有入味喔！雖然我是生苦瓜的不怕，愛吃的很的人，可是聽到她這樣坦白的告知，也明白了，她是個實誠做生意的！除了上述的那個提醒，還有於去年11月時，我超愛的蛤蜊清湯，店裡雖然有備貨，但闆娘還是特別詢問，這個月份進貨的蛤蜊因為原產地氣候等影響，導致腥味比較重，如果多加薑絲，是否可以接受呢？雖然這家是連鎖加盟店，但闆娘卻可以做到以顧客的立場，將心比心，所以我經常光顧！因為個人本身也很挑食，所以只會消費固定的幾樣餐點：蒸蛋，蛤蜊清湯，苦瓜排骨酥湯，筒仔米糕，偶而小菜。只要滿100元，就會送一杯紅茶

我只是去買個30秒可以裝好的滷肉飯. 收錢的紅衣人由於一邊聊天. 我很確定了他的嘴裏說出 "滷肉飯" 三個字才去門外等候. 也等了56分鐘. 直到你們櫃台客人餐點都清空我走過去客氣問: 我的滷肉飯還要很久嗎? 結果你們猶如大夢初醒般30秒裝給我. 我說你們是忘了做嗎???? 女的說在做了. 好. 塑膠袋上黏著一粒米飯. 我當場摘下來黏在你們櫃台讓你們看看. 回到家傻眼. 我的滷肉飯. 有一條筷子屑!? 衛生. 禮貌. 效率. 通通不及格. 對啦. 今天我勘讚不夠. 沒有去"鼎泰豐"吃滷肉飯. 我是去 "親愛的小籠湯包" 吃滷肉飯. OK? 這個一顆星. 貴店是憑實力拿到的.

苦瓜排骨酥湯($60)、涼拌木耳($40)，點餐有送紅茶一杯。昨天造訪是一位外籍男移工點菜，態度很好！排骨酥湯偏甜，排骨酥肉質還行，但本身調味也很甜，非常非常膩。苦瓜的味道沒有溶進湯品中，整碗吃起來又膩又油，沒吃完就走了。涼拌木耳份量不少，但一樣是口味上的問題，不優。店內環境衛生須加強。看起來類似連鎖店應該都是差不多的，畢竟東西都是中央工廠統一出？

The food here is very delicious and good quality, worth the price. This was the first xiaolongbao and beef noodle restaurant I ate when I came to Taiwan and I still love it. Especially the dish 排骨酥麵, it is worth enjoying once when coming to Taiwan. The broth is just right, the meat is soft, and rich. Good and stable service. ...
