Read more上週日父親節與家人用餐,使用網路訂位12:00準時用餐,是原本訂3位在現場臨時改2位的廖小姐。 我們在過去也很常到這間西堤用餐,因為相較其它王品的品牌,我們家都覺得西堤的口味更適合我們、也更喜歡..... 但是! 這次去真的明顯感受到非常的”不愉快”!非常!不知道是裡面的高層換了還是怎樣,整間店的氣氛變得急燥又散漫、服務也差,尤其是當天幫我們服務的x于x服務員!
。那天有五星評論可以換薯條的活動,我們一開始只評了一個,想說一桌應該一份,結果給該服務員看時她說”可以兩個人都評,這樣薯條可以有兩份”,那愛吃薯條的我當然是說好,結果評了兩個也確認過了,最後只送來一份?這是沒什麼好生氣的,只是會讓人有你們在「欺騙顧客評論」的感受,當然google map那邊已經評論的五星我也沒有再去更改成一星,所以我來這裡評一星。
。再來,家人東西都還沒吃完,就來詢問要不要收盤子,還兩次? 其中一次家人甚至要在該服務員面前把最後一口蝦殼吐掉然後趕快說:好 可以收了 謝謝。 請問你們在趕什麼?但我們也都沒有因此而生氣,只是愉悅度慢慢在降低。
。最後主餐時,我點了鴨胸但是因習慣而另外跟一位男性年輕服務員要了黑胡椒醬,有說要等,想當然後來是等著等著等到太陽都下山了 。最生氣的點是,因為跟剛剛那位小哥要黑胡椒醬他可能忘記了,剛好上面提到的x于x服務員又很快來問口感,因此我直接跟她要,殊不知她問完她想問的問題後,也不管顧客在說話,竟然就逕自走人、頭也不回?那她沒聽到我接著問的"請問"就算了,我家人還幫我比較大聲的”ㄟˊㄟˊ~小姐” 這樣叫,還是沒有聽到呢^^...
