因為太想吃月亮蝦餅就一個人前往 （很懷念的口味，前陣子吃到不好吃的太難過😭，非瓦城的） 由於進店時間約莫20:30， 來到大門未像之前一樣櫃檯有人， 瞥見一位員工往門口看就伸手比1， （想說會明白一位用餐） 但該為男性員工似乎只想下班， 一看到旁邊客人離開就立刻收桌未注意到門口有站人（理解離峰期門口沒人但建議適時留意門口情況，畢竟最後點餐是21:00，這是在前往餐廳前就問過的，就算Google地圖顯示營業到22:00人員告知僅到21:30也覺得沒關係）。 後續一名就Jessic的女性員工至鄰桌服務完就立刻前往迎接，疑似其他人員在耳麥提醒21:30要離開讓Jessic脫口說出比較不像瓦城會有的說話方式。 因僅一人用餐且希望能將餐點外帶給朋友吃，故點餐時提出是否出半份餐另一半直接打包，Jessic詢問一開始的男性員工，該名員工告知：我們都是整份下去製作，若需要打包給你袋子自己打包。當下略有些錯愕，因以往瓦城外帶未曾自己動手打包，準備回座時Jessic有過來解釋會幫忙打包，可能該名男性員工服務較不到位，顯得Jessic服務真的很好、而且很親切！ 用餐過程Jessic的服務及親切度值得讚賞，當然餐點仍依然美味！ 離開時忽略了打包的餐點Jessic也是第一時間發現後追過來給我，很感謝他的服務！
