Two Cranes Teppanyaki — Restaurant in Taoyuan City

This is our second time at Two Cranes Teppanyaki. The first time was decent so we came back for a second time tonight. Tonight, we ordered the halibut, two orders of the rib eye steak, lettuce and spinach. The halibut, lettuce, spinach and rice all tasted good.

The rib eye steak was not fresh and you could immediately tell after one bite. There was a rotten taste and smell, and the texture was very chewy. We do not recommend ordering the rib eye steak.

Two of the other chefs working could tell something was off with the rib eye steak as we completely finished all of the other items that we ordered, and those two orders of rib eye steak were left untouched.

We would have given our meal tonight 4 out of 5 stars had we not ordered the rib eye steak as the service and other food...

The staffs do not know well regarding their affiliated parking spaces. They told me that parking spaces are available in a phone call. However, I could not find one when I arrived only several minutes after the phone call. Moreover, several cars were stuck in the parking space. It was really crowded and hard to move the cars out of the small parking space. I believe that the other cars were also fooled by the staffs. Large gap between the real condition and what the staffs told us. It was really a bad experience. They could just tell us the truth rather than cajole customers anyway even when they cannot provide...
