湯包的汁非常的多，味道不會很重，可以說是清香清香的；餅皮看起來很薄，可以隱約看到裡面的湯汁，但是咬下去卻又有一定的口感。 敢吃辣的推薦要加辣，真的非常夠味且不會像外面的一樣很死鹹，吃完甚至感覺香腸嘴要出現了。 老闆非常的親切，我們內用老闆還會關心我們的薑絲跟醬夠不夠。 雖然內用的位置很小，但是這樣卻反而覺得人與人之間的距離更近了，而不是覺得吵雜。

這家調味跟頭份有名那幾家不同系，是另一方向，走出自己的路。

整體味道部分走清甜路線，感覺不出油膩的厚重，肉餡味道乾淨不雜，無明顯的酒味干擾，加上附的薑絲更是畫龍點睛，比起其他縣市這路味道的名店，個人覺得沒差到哪去，試一次後我就收入口袋名單了。

缺點就比起其他家，份量較...

結論： 1.會詢問顧客意見並改善的好店家 2.多汁好吃不膩

去年吃第一次， 那時候皮超薄，夾起來吃的時候很容易破，吸不到湯包的精華（湯汁），所以不是很愛，完食的時候老闆又問我意見。

今年有再去光顧第二次，皮的厚度適中，餡料依舊足夠，所以後續變成愛店之一～
