Aesthetics 5 out of 5 The place looks great. Nice vibe, relaxing setting, and well put together overall.

Service 5 out of 5 There was a sudden tropical rain while we were there, and the staff were super kind and told us to just chill inside. It felt like they genuinely cared, which was a nice touch.

Hygiene 3 out of 5 The store owns a dog and would like to hide under the long dining table. Cute for sure, but kinda makes you wonder about the cleanliness since this is a Japanese restaurant.

Ordering food 1/5 Ordering by scanning a QR code is fine, but come on, at least give us some photos of the dishes. Even printing them out and putting them on a wall would help a lot. 另外，我想回應比我乾淨又怎麼了嗎？ 我又沒有要做食物給你吃 另外，我出門吃飯前才整個洗頭洗澡過… 潛水了一天，我相當慎重的整理好 想說跟老公好好約會… 真的是很失望….

原來在那邊用手指吃食物的是老闆？！ 那我可以理解我想來吃的時候，當地人都「…來總是要試試看」 這種回覆了

———————————————- 從一開始規劃來小琉球旅遊 看到電視介紹「小島燒」

便滿心期待 吃到 我只能期望太高 整個不符期待 反推‼️

🔸帶位 從一開始踏入門口 我們兩位 店員 就幫我們安排吧台的座位 明明 還有空桌❗️ 想說可能還有其他客人訂位吧

結果 有一桌客人吃完 到走了 也沒人坐❗️ 不懂，為何把兩個一起用餐的客人安排在吧台位置

🔸點餐 店內是使用 QR code 掃描點餐 但是服務員除了說可以掃描QR code 點餐 沒再做任何介紹

一般到一間餐廳不是會問說有沒有來過 需不需要做介紹？！

沒有菜單 沒有介紹 請我們自己用QR code點

而且我必須說QR code 裡的菜單 餐點很少….

🔸服務 針對這點 我必須說感受很差，非常 我們還在店內用餐 親眼看到 店內 櫃檯內的「廚房人員」？！ 把一項食材 抹在場外的服務人員手指上 親眼看到抹在一坨白白的 服務人員 邊嘻嘻哈哈笑 邊把手指上的食物舔掉….

我真的很堪憂⋯⋯ 忍不住問了經過的其他服務人員說 「她有洗手嗎？」 她說有 我問說 有看到嗎？ 她說那邊有洗手台

Ok, 代表是猜測 感覺也是互相袒護沒有答案 我也很想知道 那位把食材抹在外場服務人員的「內場/廚房 人員」 是用什麼抹在人家手上

該不會抹了還繼續做餐點給客人吃吧 我真的不知道，純屬不舒服的感覺跟用餐體驗！

後來準備結帳後，服務人員還是跟內場聊的很開心，在那邊等了一會兒，是另一位人員...
