Family meal here during our short stay. Food: very tasty, hot and arrived quickly. The price was also reasonable. Service: Odd welcome where the waiter gave us the menus and immediately explained requirement of 250NT per adult. This is not unreasonable as an amount, just an interesting welcome and also that “adult” is defined as above 6 years old. The ordering process is clear, you mark the menu with the number of each item you would like, as well as spice level, were applicable. The cashier made a mistake and added an extra item that we did not order. This should be avoidable as I marked “1” and they gave me 2. When I pointed this out after the food arrived, there was only an apology and no refund. In the end, it was an extra 150NT, so I did not make it an issue. For customer experience, I would have offered a refund for the oversight if I was...

The food is more inclined to suit the locals rather than authentic Thailand flavor. The bbq fish is fresh and the sauce that comes with it is good. The fried chicken is also not bad. Other than these 2, the other dishes (Tom Yam soup, green mango, fish and chips) we ordered are really so-so. Drinks wise is either too bland or too sweet (milk tea).

The service attitude of the staff are good and hope they keep it up. The place looks new and is clean, bright and organized. Pricing wise maybe a little premium for some though.

Overall it’s a better choice than a number of eateries out there if you are looking for better service and a clean...

On the outside this restaurant has it all. Nice decor, Instagram worthy spots and demonstrations but DO NOT let that fool you!

Good Thai is NOT good at all. It is really expensive. A soup that costs 280 NT can only output three bowls of soup. Thai green curry doesn't come with rice forcing you to pay for pricey "thai rice" that is basically white rice with sesame seeds on it. As for the taste, it's not good at all. Honestly, it tasted like something I can wip up in the kitchen and that's a problem....

There’s some variation to their Thai food as they don’t use vermicelli the way traditional Thai food do. Due to our poor mandarin and lack of pictures on the menu, we probably ordered the wrong dishes with everything to be too salty, spicy and acidic. The soup noodles are not spicy enough and chicken is tough And the food is just overpowered with lemongrass and onions, without any variation in flavours. Would have been great if the staff could explain the dishes more to us before pushing for us to order.
