This place is over-rated. 對的咖啡 meaning “the Right coffee” but my experience was not that right ! I do not think the staff knows what they are talking about. I tried to ask 3 times what are the beans they are using for the latte I have ordered. The answer is it’s a blend with coffee beans from all over the world. When I ask for Piccolo Latte, they basically do not know what I am talking about. Well, i have no choice but to ask for normal latte with slightly half the amount of milk. Their answer is they can’t do that !!! They also served a cup of latte with milk only taste and also failed latte-art. Their charges is high compare with other coffee place in Taiwan though. Great coffee shop with a wide selection of international beans. The careful brewing process results in a smooth, light-bodied coffee that I find it good. 【THE COFFEE CENTER 對的咖啡學遊工場】位於宜蘭市郊區東港路與國道五號高速公路的路口，從宜蘭/壯圍交流道右轉東港路，往宜蘭方向就能看見這家咖啡工場了。『對的咖啡學遊工場』主要在推廣精品咖啡及莊園咖啡的理念，其設立的宗旨：「對的咖啡一生一定要親手做對一次， 喝好咖啡、做對咖啡、品好咖啡、玩對咖啡」；經營型態屬於咖啡教學工場，不太類似嘉義太保的「品皇咖啡觀光工廠」之類的咖啡觀光工廠。

現場除了提供數十種咖啡生豆批發販售之外，並提供煮萃咖啡及烘焙課程，由專業老師親自授課，提供短、中、長期不同的咖啡專業課程。另針對一般民眾也有提供咖啡豆烘焙入門體驗DIY活動，從聽取有關咖啡豆&烘焙的知識，循序漸進到『烘焙咖啡豆』、『調豆萃煮』，親自調配、磨豆、沖煮，品嘗一杯『對的咖啡』。

20180325點了衣索匹亞耶家雪菲G2精品咖啡(虹吸式萃取）一杯220元，酸味與果香風味富層次感，口感柔順甘醇，以虹吸式萃取的咖啡而言，這款咖啡位列佳作之上，口味及風味的評價在4顆星左右。

20180328點了衣索匹亞 西達摩水洗咖啡(虹吸式萃取）一杯150元，酸味表现較少，以重煙薰味果香為主，口味平淡及風味單一，評價在3.5顆星左右。

整體而言，衣索匹亞 耶家雪菲 G2精品咖啡(一杯220元)表現不俗；相對而言，同屬此層級的咖啡，在宜蘭市區的咖啡店(虎咖啡、夏至咖啡或是jessica kafa等咖啡店)價位約在150元左右，這單價也讓整體的CP值偏低，另一款西達摩水洗咖啡的體驗，就更不足為道。
