今天11:50去店裡買漢堡外帶，不知道是我對排隊認知有問題,還是你們店裡櫃檯小姐對排隊認知有問題,今天進去店裡櫃檯開放兩邊在結帳，正常排隊結帳不是要排兩條嗎？右邊有一對夫妻在點餐後面沒人排隊，左邊有三對在排隊點餐，所以我就排右邊的人後面等待點餐,那知道我前面那對夫妻點完餐，右邊櫃檯小姐就問我左邊排隊的人，你們是誰先排隊的，左邊的小姐就舉手說是她自己先排隊!當場我很傻眼心裡在想，如果左右櫃檯先到的人可以先結帳，那不就是先到的人就排中間等待排隊點餐結帳嗎？這樣別人才知道要排誰的後面點餐，後來左邊小姐就跑到我前面點餐，這樣ㄧ來讓我真的心裡很不舒服,因為會被認為我在插隊，而且插隊也是一種很沒有禮貌的行為，所以我從來不會去插隊好嗎？當下真的想罵人🤬⋯被誤會插隊🤬🤬🤬(麻煩貴店的店長，好好教育櫃檯小姐什麼是左右排隊結帳認知問題,被誤會插隊真的很不舒服好嗎？還有右邊櫃...

今天仍然連假，但下午5：00到門市時，沒甚麼人！因為高齡80幾的老父想吃肉桂卷，我到門市時，結帳櫃台旁的保溫箱裡有2塊肉桂卷，且保溫箱上面有塊牌子也寫著下午5：00出爐。我很高興的結帳了，正當我只顧注視取餐號碼螢幕時，神讓我瞄到剛剛幫我結帳的小姐，是從放保溫箱的櫃台下面夾肉桂卷給我，保溫箱那2塊還在那裡。我向前詢問小姐為什麼不是夾保溫箱那兩塊給我，小姐回答：“這些(紙袋裡)是剛剛出爐放在下面冷卻的，我給您的絕對是最新鮮的！”我沒有懷疑，還非常高興的跟小姐謝謝，就趕快離開上車了。哪知，我把肉桂卷拿給爸爸時，爸爸說：“怎麼是冰的！”！我拿過來一摸，確實摸起來“涼涼的”，我請姊姊感受一下溫度，姊姊也是覺得那肉桂卷是冰的！我本來不想浪費我寶貴的時間寫這些，但~我還是想寫。。。總之，這間麥當勞已列入我的...

我是第一次光顧這間麥當勞的 我北上來找我女朋友想說早餐來吃個得來速一下 服務人員很親切沒錯速度快也是沒話講.. 雞塊熱熱剛出爐真的很好吃 鬆餅也用的恰當好處 但翻找包裝內容物時確實是少了薯餅 我也不是要計較這個20元的薯餅 服務人員確實辛苦…但該給的要記得給啊 當時得來速也只有我一台車 希望此種情況能傳達給得來速的服務人員須知。 我先聲明我是有檢查的！一開始我以為是放在鬆餅裡頭也就沒打開來看了 回去打開我好失望沒有薯餅😭但還是要給服務人員一個辛苦了的讚許 希望能夠改進。謝謝看完！
