A delicious buffet in Yilan with large floor-to-ceiling windows offering beautiful views outside. The restaurant offers a wide variety of fresh options. I particularly enjoyed the clear beef soup, and the sashimi was fresh and tasty. The cooked dishes were also very unique—I especially loved the boiled beef and steamed fish. It was a meal filled with happiness, and the service was excellent.

#知味西餐廳 #宜蘭吃到飽 #週末早午餐宜蘭力麗威斯汀度假酒店位在宜蘭員山鄉，酒店內的的「知味西餐廳」正常時段僅供應早晚餐，週末假日則多了假日限定的週末早午餐。用餐時間 11:30-14:00（13:30收餐價格 699+10%（信用卡買一送一） 🪧餐檯的選擇不多 🪧餐點沒有特別昂貴的食材 🪧主食類”管飽”的餐點居多 🪧用餐人數不多，取餐不用排隊 🪧用餐氛圍悠哉，窗外環境優美 🪧服務生整理桌面動作勤快 📍生菜區（還算不錯）餐廳進門印入眼簾的就是生菜區，生菜種類還算不少，紫苜蓿、綠火焰、石蓮花等生菜還算可接受。生菜配料有杏桃乾、杏仁果等做搭配，沙拉醬比較特殊的是《宜蘭金棗沙拉醬》，不會有明顯的金棗氣味，不用太擔心。 📍冷藏區（全給過） 3種沙拉，《青蔥鴨賞》和《毛豆鮪魚》都很受好評。 2種現打飲品且喝且珍惜，《抹茶草莓飲》、《覆盆子活力飲》每種份量不多，可以多喝幾瓶。冷肉、起司，最推放在冷藏櫃中間不方便拿取的《燻鮭魚》，其餘起司和冷火腿看個人喜好。 📍現煮麵區（看個人技術）自己動手煮的宜蘭擔仔麵區，有油麵和米粉可選擇，有肉片、魚丸、蝦仁三種配料，蒜泥、芹菜、蒜酥、烏醋的調料，另外整鍋的肉燥不能少，唯一缺點竟然在青菜，豆芽是黃豆芽不是綠豆芽；韭菜是韭菜花不是韭菜，只能靠個人技術補救。 📍主食區（❌幾乎可以全Pass❌) 《海鮮燉飯》、《青醬義大利麵》、《紅麴燒肉》、《蕃茄焗豆》、《水煮香腸》、《蒸肉包》、《剝皮辣椒雞湯》、《味噌湯》、《炒時蔬》。頂多吃點炒青菜，再來碗辣椒雞湯，其他餐點就放過他們，也饒過自己吧！ 📍主餐區（奇妙的組合，但還不錯）《網狀火腿》應該是這早午餐裡唯一的主菜和大菜，現切火腿鹹香軟嫩，沾點黃芥末，應該是本日最佳。《鹹豆漿》無糖豆漿香濃夠熱，碗內備好蝦皮、榨菜、蔥花、醬油、白醋、辣油等碼料，熱清漿一沖入碗裡立馬凝結，確實不錯。旁邊的油條別忘了拿來配豆漿👍。《關東煮》算有誠意，豆皮、蘿蔔、香菇、玉米筍、黑輪等食材都很入味，餐廳準備的沾醬是甜辣醬，餐檯旁邊的醬油配油潑辣子更合我的口味。其他的《燒排骨》、《法式鹹派》、《煎培根》、《檸檬魚》、《大阪燒燒雞腿》就看個人喜好吧。 📍麵包、甜點、水果麵包類頗受歡迎，《肉桂捲》、《紅龍果麵包》拿完都不補了，進場可能要先拿。甜點和水果不功不過。 📍飲料冰箱的鋁箔包和易開罐飲料皆可自取（酒類除外），咖啡機和熱茶都還算不差。如果把餐點當作是早餐的延伸，加上信用卡買一送一的價格，心態比較能不期不待沒有傷害！

Got dinner here during the pandemic (level 2). Chinese and western options were really good. Great pastries in the western options. I recommend the Chinese option, with really great and original food However the price isn't justified. 1080ntd + 10% service fee per head.
