Matcha Prince — Restaurant in Yuchi Township

I don't usually leave any negative reviews but this was kind of ridiculous. Ordered macha ice cream cup (tripled confirmed and ordered pointing at the picture and ordered in Chinese). Was handed a milk ice cream cone. Stated this was not what I ordered since both flavor or form was not right. Another lady came out and said that the machine was broken so she couldnt give me macha ice cream. When i asked if I can have the ice cream in the cone instead. She just put the entire thing upsidedown in a cup. Like how am I supposed to eat it. Was gonna just let it go and think they were justing having a bad day. Five minutes later my parents came out with macha ice cream three time the size of mine... Being Taiwanese and having family in service industry in Taiwan and knowing how legandary good Taiwanese service is, this is completely unacceptable. Esp they are charging you three...

We were going with a group but were told you had to order one drink for each person regardless of how many deserts you order in order to sit inside, even when there were no costumers. After having drank the local teas several times beforehand we asked if we could just order one drink and more deserts, this was not allowed so we had to stand outside while waiting for one friend who already entered before they explained the rules properly. We ended up waiting for more than 4 minutes before being let in anyway because there we were stuck waiting outside in raining weather. If you let us in before you would have had 5 more orders instead of angry costumers. My appreciation for the gentleman who fid end up...

At first glance the cafe looks nice and has some nice matcha products. However, only one of my friends (group of 4) ordered something to drink and they allowed just him to sit down. Pathetic policy because the cafe was completely empty and the 4+ employees for this small place did not budge. As the products are pretty overpriced and not prepared fresh (all stored in a fridge), I don’t think the quality is worth either. After standing there for a few minutes they let us in eventually but they could’ve had 2 more orders...
