畢昂印度餐廳 PRIYA INDIA RESTAURANT — Restaurant in Zhubei City

I had been to this place during Christmas during a buffet offering for lunch . Restaurant is at a good location, close to my house. We want this restaurant to do good in future hence want to give a frank opinion (Hope if owner reads this , he appreciats my frank opinion).

I felt this restaurant has all the capability to make it big and better if they focus and improve on food quality and food presentation (Like Salad needs to look fresh ,and use fresh vegetables and better presented). There needs focus for improvement even preparing curry, It was watery, chicken or mutton pieces were hard to find.

Samosa and Pakodas were half cooked , we could chew some raw flour in some samosas. Quantity was enough , but Quality could be improved.

Good things - Hot tea was good, Loaction of the restaurant is in prime location and is a great plus. Big , Neat and clean place. Easy to locate and good...

I dined at the restaurant approximately three weeks ago. While the service was acceptable, I regret to say that the food did not meet my expectations. The onion pakoda lacked crispiness and was overly battered. Both the butter chicken and chicken jalfrezi were disappointing, as they contained minimal meat amidst excessive sauce. Additionally, the garlic and masala naan lacked flavor and were hard and dry.

Furthermore, I have concerns about the authenticity of their Google reviews, as they appear to incentivize five-star ratings with a discount on the total bill.

I hope this feedback serves as constructive criticism for the restaurant to improve its offerings...

The mango lassi was delicious. However, even though we liked the flavor of the mixed-veggie curry, it’s really disappointing and sad to see there were only carrots and peas in the curry, and it cost you $285 for that!! We really expected to see more varieties of vegetables in the mixed-vegetable curry!!! The naan didn’t taste that good… maybe because we took the naan out? I don’t know…. Anyway, I really want to support this restaurant, since there are only few Indian restaurants in Zhubei… I hope the CP value and the quality of food will be better when we try their food again...
