DIDcoffee — Restaurant in Zhubei City

Great interior design. I initially thought it would be some Japanese restaurant or something.

Their Chiffon cake features many unique flavors and it taste pretty great. Only thing is that the cake is too tall and it’s not easy to slice and dice, if you know what I mean.

In terms of seating, they have lots of pretty furniture. However they are not very user friendly. I can tell that perhaps the design here is to discourage customers to sit in and chill for too long / study / work so it’s not the perfect place if you’d like to do the abovementioned.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in Hsinchu. It is required to make your reservation via the link on google map prior to your visit. The shop has two stories and plenty of seats for its guests.

We ordered two light-medium roasted coffee and two desserts. The coffee was great, but the dessert was the main show. They were decorated and named in a four-seasons theme. The cakes were made in multiple layers and textures, making each bite full of surprises.
