This is a popular teppanyaki restaurant in Zubei near Hsinchu/Taiwan.
The night i went there, it was not really busy night.... beginning of rhe week.
The service was very good. The lady serving us was very gentle and nice.
The chef was serious and doing his cocking in a nice way without any showoff.
The food was good... the sea food was good and well presented. The meat was also tender and perfectly cooked.
The deseret was tasty.
Thus, every was good and well done...there are other nice teppanyaki places which I prefer better. That said, it's worst to tey this place if you are around.... i believe in this neighbourhood this place is the best teppanyaki.
The price is also reasonable based on the food quality.... not cheap...

這次是提早慶祝父親節,帶爸媽再來吃鐵板燒。
我們點了三份海陸套餐,分別是沙朗牛$1100、菲力牛小排$970及羊小排$970。
前菜、湯及沙拉普通,不會不好吃,但沒啥記憶點,都來吃第三次了,這次就沒拍照。
紅酒蒸蛋佐魚子醬很好吃!個人很愛這道!
第一次來吃的時候我是點商務套餐,沒有紅酒蒸蛋,看著我爸媽一口一個蒸蛋,一旁的我口水不誇張差點滴到桌面下^_^
後來二訪跟這次的三訪,菜單我不猶豫直接翻到海陸那面,一切都是為了紅酒蒸蛋!
然後是他們的主菜,羊小排很有嚼勁,羊騷味夠騷,簡直絕了,越騷我爸越愛~
沙朗牛我吃三分熟,很嫩不血腥,主廚邊料理還邊跟我們介紹「為啥牛可以選擇熟度,豬不行」。

我媽則是吃菲力牛,恰好她最近在植牙,上排牙齒被拔光,處於一個無牙的過渡期。
絕了我跟你們說,我媽沒牙齒居然還可以一口一塊菲力牛,她整盤吃完我還在跟我的沙朗牛奮鬥。

哈囉??老媽妳是用吞的嗎??我平時是餓著妳了嗎????
再來是鐵板燒必備的炒高麗菜。
有點可惜這次忘記跟主廚說我們想加辣,不然一定會更好吃,他們的高麗菜炒的很清脆,色澤鮮豔翠綠(但我沒拍照,畢竟就只是個很常見的高麗菜)。
最後是奶酪跟飲品,我跟我媽喝柳橙汁,我爸喝咖啡,也是普普通通,奶酪倒是不錯。
這點小建議:可以先喝柳橙汁再吃奶酪,不然奶酪吃完才喝柳橙汁的話,會覺得柳橙汁不甜😆
翻譯年糕:食物美味、物美價廉、環境寬敞光線明亮,值得回訪。
