這家牛肉麵應該經營多年了 這次點了牛雜麵、牛肉麵、小菜 ▌食物篇 ➤ 牛雜麵 (110元) 湯頭味道偏淡 喝起來有點水 牛雜就是一些 牛肉的內臟類 但拉麵的麵條 我覺得不錯 ➤ 牛肉麵 ((100元) 牛肉有 3塊 偏有嚼勁的那種 不是那種一咬會化開的 ➤ 小菜 豆干(10元)、海帶(10元) 滷蛋(10元)、紅糟肉(30元) ▌環境偏 環境真的偏傳統 但是醬料區有用蓋子蓋住 筷子也有用一個盒子蓋住 個人覺得這種小地方蠻用心的 但煮麵的老闆沒戴口罩、帽子 這點可能要再加強一下 二樓有廁所 廁所蠻大的 不會說到很髒亂
