This restaurant is know as 乌鲁木齐 (Urumqi=wūlǔmùqí) 饭店 (restaurant=fàndiàn). It is searchable apparently only by its Chinese character name. In the menu are pictures of many dishes with descriptions in Chinese and Russian. Only the first page of the menu is solely Chinese.
