Amazing culinary experience. Welcomed by charming hostess who will place you at a table with the set menu, please admire the sober decor along the way. The restaurant is new, staff is well groomed, the cooks know their shows (still improving). I ordered several dishes which was full of flavors. The taboulé salad with persil, tomatoes, cucumber with raspberry vinegar was a delicous combinaison. On a trolley, while the cook made his show with flamming plate, the meat was slowly cooked in a baked pie. The meat was extremelly tender. Point to note, the dishes came within expected time. Overall experience is positive. The meat lover will appreciate the menu. Please request the waiter for all the desserts as there are more choices downstairs off menu.

The place had a very beautiful and elegant ambiance. However, our foods took an extremely long time to be prepared, and we had to follow up multiple times for it to arrive. I understand that part of the delay was due to the rush during Iftar in Ramadan. The food was average and acceptable, but my mocha didn’t meet standard expectations. Overall, I would recommend it for its diverse menu, nice atmosphere, and cleanliness, but the service definitely needs significant improvement.

Elegant and comfortable Turkish restaurant with a menu as big as the phone book. Mostly local and Turkish inspired dishes and heavy on the lamb and meat. Staff are friendly and service is good. It’s an expensive restaurant for Dushanbe and the food was good but nothing special. Nice view of the park. I was disappointed they don’t serve at least some beer or wine in which would go well with the meat dishes.

Итак, единственная причина пойти туда - галочка. Ресторан красивый, чистый, уютный. Виды на парк хорошие.

Насчёт вкуса - к сожалению не так хорошо как хотелось бы.

Заказывали: Чай обычный турецкий и жасминовый. Оба хорошие, чай он везде хорош. Шакашука из баклажанов. Продается в холодном виде, вкус не удивил Агиле Эзме - средненький салат, на вкус престный. Нурдаги - по таджикски - шакароб с грецкими орехами. Кебаб на 4 персоны. - порция большая, 4 персоны насытатятся. Хватит и на 5-6. Сами кебаби обычные, шашлык он и в Африке шашлык. Суп чечевичный. Обычный, средний. Суп куриный. Ужасное маслянистое нечто. Вкуса нет, сверх сантиметровый слой масла. Лагмаджун - неплохое блюдо, как закуска сойдёт.

Что понравилось: Дают воздушные лепешки от имени заведения и салат к кебабу. Красиво, дорохо бохато. Быстрая подача еды.

Что не понравилось: Вкус блюд, не лучше чем в других заведениях с турецкой кухней. Цены чуть выше остальных, но терпимо.

Странности: Ресторан пуст от слова совсем. На два этажа было всего 1 стола занят. Но можно сказать - вы вип гости. Весь ресторан в вашем расположение и других нет

А так жаль господина Бурака, к сожалению его ресторан не прижился у нас. Виноваты вкус блюд, стоимость или эпотажность ресторана...
