I stayed at Mvuli hotel with my fiancé before and after our safari. Our stay at Mvuli was one of the highlights of our trip. Mvuli was tucked away from Arusha center just on the edge of town. This was nice because it allowed us to get a great couple nights of sleep but was also close enough to town to make it easy to get back and forth. The rooms were very nice with all the amenities you would expect. The rooms were incredibly clean and well tended. Many thanks to Furaha and everyone else who tended to the rooms, they did an amazing job and were very friendly! This leads to the highlight of Mvuli, the staff. They were absolutely incredible from the moment they picked us up from the airport. The hotel van was very nice and well maintained by Baba, the driver, who was very friendly and more importantly a safe driver. David and the rest of the front desk staff were also very helpful and friendly. Any question we had they found the answers happily. The food at the restaurant was incredible! Even the temporary staff member, Jobe who was only filling in friend, was amazing. The staff was also very accommodating and willing to cook most anything you would ask if you gave them enough notice. This is also when we met Fanwell, he quickly became a close friend to us, he was so happy to help and excited to have us at the hotel. He was even kind enough to accompany us on a few excursions into Arusha town and even to Moshi. He was truly an incredible ambassador to Tanzania and great friend to us. I wish I could remember everyone’s names at the hotel because everyone single member of the staff was incredible. The amazing Mvuli staff is the reason we extended our stay in Arusha and we will be...

Such a fun place in the middle of Arusha! This hotel is off the worst road in a city I have ever seen but it is totally worth it to get there. Tucked into the lively but poor back streets of Arusha, you will wonder if you’re on the right track, but once you arrive, the little hotel is very nice. The front desk greeted us with hibiscus juice and big smiles. The room was small but nice with great WiFi and AC. Our room was near check in and with the echoes and terrazzo floors I could see things getting a bit loud. However, even with a big party by the pool everything had quieted down by 11 and we slept very well. We had toiletries provided and a refilled glass water bottle, which we would have preferred sealed bottles so bring your own if that is a concern. The breakfast area was awesome, cozy and had very tropical vibes due to the setting. We enjoyed the food and service immensely during our short...

We stayed at the Mvuli Hotel before and after our safari. Jonathan and the staff are so friendly and helpful. We arrived close to midnight into Kilimanjaro airport and the driver was there to take us to our hotel. Jonathan took us on a fun site seeing trip around Arusha where we visited his friend who had a coffee plantation. We took part in making a wonderful cup of coffee. The scenery was just stunning. We ended up booking our 6 day safari with Jonathan. It was amazing! Our guide Johnny was so knowledgeable and just the best. We even got to see the Great Migration, even though other tour operators said the season was over with. We experienced it twice!! I really recommend staying at the Mvuli Hotel and book your safari with Jonathan! You will not be...

I did have a lovely experience. I enjoyed my stay in Mvuli Hotel. The hotel is absolutely amazing. Warm friendly staff, always ready to help. The rooms are very spacious with great balcony space to relax in. The outdoor setting is very inviting. The security around the premises is equally great. The number of times I ate at the restaurant, the food quality was good. The chef is super friendly and passionate about food. Will definitely visit again.

This hotel has some large rooms. Very clean and well maintained. The landscape around Hotel is beautiful it makes you feel that you're in the jungle. So quiet. Hotel is very remote and to find a good restaurant you must take Taxi. Restaurant at hotel the food is just okay sometimes. They also do not sell alcohol so you must bring your own and drink it in the room or restaurant. Restaurants does sell beer only. Ice is very difficult to obtain.

Nuestra primera impresión no fue la mejor porque llegamos de noche y parecía estar un poco desangelado. Luego ya te acostumbras al país y sus calles, etc. Y no estaba tan mal.
