Waterfalls Arusha Themi Falls, Hiking & Leisure Park — Restaurant in Arusha

This place is a piece of heaven, and the owner and his staff is giving a service which is very authentic, genuine and very high quality. I have been to this place more then 10 times, and I always go there with my family and friends. The property itself is very picturesque with an amazing garden, and this time we was there the owner showed us a butterfly park which he is preparing as I am writing this review. The gardens are amazing with a huge variety of plants ,flowers and trees scattered around the idyllic property and the 7 acre property which has a waterfall situated about 2 kilometers from the building. There is plenty of wildlife and birds around and you can get a 100% feel of how people live here in symbiosis with their beatiful surroundings When I visit a place like this, where the owner and his team is so dedicated to their work, I feel it as an obligation to write a good review. The food and drinks are of very high standard of Swahili cuisine, simple but well prepared. The majority of vegetables are grown on the property. Five stars to this place. We had a fantastic hike with the guides at Themi Falls. We are birding enthusiasts, so we got a tour along the river and got to see a ton of great forest bird species. The guides were very personable and very patient with us constantly stopping to look at birds! The hike down to the waterfall is very short but quite steep, basically the equivalent of several flights of stairs. There is a trail that continues along the river that's used by local farmers. I wouldn't recommend attempting alone unless you've been before. Prices were very reasonable and the gardens are beautiful. I loved Themi falls especially the water falls but for someone who doesn't do exercise could be a challenge but other than that it's fun, I had so much fun going g to the water falls, my friend couldn't climb back up so the helper who took us to the water falls had to wait for her and hold her hand, it is a really good place to go and visit if your I. Arusha the entire fee is 5000 Tanzania shillings. And they got beautiful gardens each garden got different name, let's talk about food I didn't like the food so much especially the meat but the chips were good and that have different kinds of drinks. But am sure their food are always good it wasn't our luck...
