I was very pleasantly surprised by the quality of food from sugar n spice. I had a few Indian dishes and they were all fantastic. And the chef can make them any level of spice (zero 🔥 in my case) without negatively affecting the flavor. Some places I've been, if I ask for zero burn, the food comes back missing lots of spices not just the 🔥 spices. But here that wasn't a problem. Every bite was a delight.
There are a few different cuisines to choose from as well. Global (like american-italian food), Indian, African, and Oriental.
Prices were very reasonable to me as a tourist. I'd come here often if I lived near! But I'm not sure how it compares to other restaurants. Our dinner for two came out to be about...

The mutton was very good, large, soft, well flavoured.
The gobi/cauliflower was lacking texture and flavour and mixed vegetables were average.
So one dish very good, 2 were edible and the roti was tasty but small.
The bones are there but it needs refinement.
As part of the hotel experience I think it was a good fit.
Good portion sizes, but I would say overall not good...

They are not in a hurry to get rid of you so you do have to ask for the bill. The breakfast buffet that is included with the room is always amazing and includes eggs cooked to order.
