We were 11 people, two ordered ribeye steak and the rest ordered cheeseburger with fries. After two weeks in Tanzania we were really looking forward to that burger. One hour went by, nothing. Then when we were closing inn on two hours after ordering we were getting quite frustrated (and hungry). The burgers did come though, but their impression of a cheeseburger was two slices of burger bread with a white bread loaf, some salads and a slice of cheddar cheese from one of those plastic packs you can get anywhere between. Only a few of us got our fries aswell. Last but not least, after two and a half hour the two people who had ordered stake had not gotten it yet, so we paid and left. Some of us got stomach pains and others diarrhea after that burger. Not sure why TripAdvisor says this is the best place in town.

It is not much to look at as you walk up but there is a nice covered seating area in back that has a very tropical feel. Everyone in our group of 12 was generally happy with the food and cold drinks. Very reasonably priced. I personally recommend the Chicken Sizzler (picture attached). Others particularly enjoyed beef samosas and the pizza.
