I booked our group buffet via Klook, and the experience started on a very positive note. Due to an unexpected incident I needed to reschedule: we moved from Saturday to Friday, then split our 6-person booking into two days (3 persons each day). The restaurant’s customer service (via Line chat) was extremely accommodating—no fuss, they handled the changes smoothly. I’ll give full stars just for that level of service.
When we arrived, the buffet selection was impressive. We opted for the main course of lobster (which is one of their premium highlights) and beyond that the unlimited stations included beef cuts, seafood (oysters, prawns, mussels), local Thai dishes, sushi/sashimi, and more. According to their menu listings you’ll find things like “Baked & Torch Canadian Lobster Tail with Trio Cheese Velouté”, “Australian Rangers Valley Wagyu Tomahawk MB9+”, river prawns and large Thai royal oysters.
The food quality overall was very good. The lobster was meaty, the beef cuts were tender, and the seafood counters looked fresh. The dessert section and sushi/sashimi stations were also mentioned by many online reviewers as stand-outs. The venue itself is large and comfortable, which gives you space to move around and enjoy the buffet without feeling too cramped. Many have noted the “fine-dining‐buffet” feel at Copper, even though it’s all-you-can‐eat.
Service during the meal was also excellent. Plates and trays were cleared promptly, staff were responsive, and the ordering system for premium or special mains (depending on package) worked smoothly. The ambiance was modern and the layout quite spacious, which added to the positive impression.
Some practical details to note (based on their public info and what I observed):
Location: 2nd Floor, The Sense Pinklao, 71/50 Borommaratchachonnani Rd, Arun Amarin, Bangkok 10700.
Typical operating hours (from one source): 12:00 pm–7:45 pm daily.
Booking packages: They have multiple tiers (basic buffet + special mains + premium items). Some packages listed: from ~ THB 1,999 for an “Unlimited 9th Anniversary” package.
Advance reservation strongly recommended. Several reviews and guides indicate walk-in risk is high given popularity.
This visit reinforced why this venue is so talked-about. If you’re willing to pay for a premium buffet experience (not just “eat whatever you like” but “eat very good quality and variety”), this hits the mark. The booking flexibility and staff helpfulness added a big plus.
If I were to pick minor areas for improvement: some stations might get busy, and you’ll want to arrive early or during less-peak times to fully enjoy everything.
But overall I would highly recommend this place for a special buffet...
Read moreWe dined here on a Friday at 7:30pm after booking on the hungry hub website. Firstly, the staff and service are great.
Overall, the experience here was underwhelming. The experience of checking in, waiting 30 minutes, then being shepherded into the dining hall (around 800 guests in 1 x 2 hr sitting), was a little bit stressful, but once you're seated, after 30 mins, things calm down.
We ordered Package G, which came with a rack of lamb, and it was extremely disappointing. The theme was that all of the red meat items (lamb, steak, beef sushi) were all cold. So imagine a lamb rack with cold, chewy fat. What is also strange is that you get a WHOLE rack of lamb, which is 9 pieces of lamb. For a buffet, it's a strange concept where you can not fully control your portion size. If you get the Wellington, in a normal setting, it's enough to feed 4 people (but is shared between 2).
The ordering system is fine, but there are 20+ dishes to choose from and no time to try them all because of the set portions. At the start, the guy kept stressing for people to remember their table number, and we ended up eating food that was mistakingly ordered to our table. Why not have a QR code ordering system to gold people accountable instead of getting people to queue up?
Something else we noticed was the lack of carbs... so the only options you really have are rice, garlic fried rice, and noodle/pasta dishes. No bread, no potatoes, and a severe lack of vegetable items. Plenty of sashimi, shellfish, fried meat, bbq meat, and desserts, though.
Dessert wise, the cheesecake is fantastic, but it was my partners birthday, and they gave him a birthday dessert with a candle, which was a nice touch. But guess what? It's another piece of the same cheesecake served on a different plate.
I'm being very picky because the buffet price is one of the highest in the city. The experience can be greatly improved, let alone the serving of cold meats.
If you have 2k baht to spare and want to experience the hype to put it on your Instagram, then go for it. I wouldn't recommend this place unless you had a 50%...
