Read moreThey say this is authentic Vietnamese food but it is far from authentic. Nearly all the dishes have soy sauce in them and at least when i was vietnam for 2 months they nearly never used soy. So if you have allergies or sensitivities to soy, wouldn't advise to come here. Also the food just didn't taste great. The rice paper rolls were pretty bad, the rice paper they use is too thick. The fried rice tasted bad, too much pineapple and frozen peas. Everything we ate felt like it was pre-packaged or frozen not fresh. As if everything was premade already. Another dish for example the pork was fatty and inedible. The coriander salad was more thai style than vietnamese. The egg vietnamese style pizza tasted gross and the chinese sausage tasted too sweet which overpowered the dish. I don't actually know how this is in the Michelin guide because nothing tasted fresh or great. Which vietnamese restaurant can't just give fish sauce as a dipping sauce? They really need to get an actual Vietnamese chef from Vietnam to revive this place. I wouldn't recommend it. The taste and freshness are severely lacking. Totally not...
