When ordering a large tea, you receive a cup that looks full but contains only a small amount of tea at the bottom — not a good value for money. There are no sweeteners provided for tea, which is inconvenient for customers who prefer a bit of sweetness. The exterior design feels cluttered, as if several styles were mixed together without a clear concept. Parking space is very limited, which can make visiting the café frustrating. Despite the “VIP” title in its name, there is nothing particularly “VIP” about the experience or service. Overall, while the place looks inviting at first glance, the poor service and lack of attention to detail make it hard to recommend. Amazon Coffee is a great alternative to some of the other chains. Good coffee; good service and realistic prices. Only complaint is that sometimes the Coffee isn't piping hot and if you ask for a large cup they still give you the same amount as a standard cup but at a higher cost ???? This is by far the coolest Amazon cafe I have been to so far. The decoration is amazing, with so many jungle details. There is a separate seating area and it is a nice spot to work as well.
