Hua Seng Hong — Restaurant in Bang Chak Subdistrict

The food was good but the service was very weird and forced. So I decided to type this in English for any foreign who might come to try this restaurant. As this restaurant was quite popular.

I decided to go into this place with my friend in the total number of 7 and we ordered 3 red pork noodle and 1 fried rice with crab meat. Suddenly the waitress said that she will presented us with their dim sum which has just been cooked. Even when we declined her request as we want to order it by ourselves, she still forced us and ended up show us about 5-10 of their dim sum. We rejected some of the dim sum dishes but she still very insisted for us to take and told us that she will give us five small bowl of clear soup in exchange. Eventually we success to reject that. At the end, she forced all of us to review the restaurant and give a five stars to them which one of my friend is a bit slow to do it. As she saw my friend hadn't given a five star to the restaurant yet, she put her finger on my friend's cell phone to click on the star by herself. This is very rude and also unhygenic.

The food were good as usual but the dim sum and fried rice were kinda disappointed. The worst is their services. It might be just only this waitress but the others weren't trying to stop her as well. So i recommended you to try other of their...

Second time here. The first time the dim sum was better. We ordered dim sum both times. We had black bean fish and noodles the first time along with dim sum. They were just okay then. Not satisfied today. Staff is nice. But, most dishes came cold. We ordered a steamed chive dumpling but it came deep fried. It was not chives. It was greasy. The pot stickers were deep fried instead of pan fried. Very odd. Pork mixture was good though. Ha GAO are small. They were ‘out’ of bbq buns at lunchtime???? No cha su for us:(. We recommend going into Chinatown and walking around or another high end dim sum spot for better food. I am sad. We will keep trying. The place here IS clean. And people are nice. But, it’s wayyyy over priced and not very good. Photos have 3 dumplings.....they charge for each one. Never expected this. Seems misleading. Especially...

I recently visited the Hua Seng Hong Sukhimvit branch and was quite disappointed with the overall experience. While the restaurant itself was spacious and well-renovated, the service fell short of expectations. Despite the abundance of service staff, the service was lacking.

The food, unfortunately, did not live up to the standard I had experienced at the Mega Bangna branch. It was rather average and not as tasty.

To add to the disappointment, while seated under an air conditioner, water suddenly dripped onto our food. Although the staff promptly helped us change tables, they did not offer to replace the dishes affected by the water, which was disappointing.

Overall, I did not enjoy my experience at this branch as much as I have at the Mega...
