Guys be aware of this fraud which happens in Bangkok. Literally pathetic experience with this agency ticket2attraction ,who first lie they have a front deck so that we sp the booking , and we do the booking then after one hour they call back saying no front deck in the princess cruise Bangkok which we had requested for . Later we compromise on the front deck and agree for the middle row of another cruise saying they were unaware that it was booked. But then when we go to the registration counter to collect the tickets they send us from one cruise to another and then just before 15 mins to boarding say the boat has left and where in based on the pdf they sent and timings there wAs still 15 mins left. They then say it's full but we see right in front of us giving tickets to people onspot and for us whose online booking is done they say it's full and come tomorrow . How on earth so they think they can play this scam tourists plan their itenary before in hand and travel so far for this occasion but this experience is such a horrible one for any tourist . Ticket2attraction, white orchid asiatique cruise and Vela cruise have played a scam and when we took photos and videos of them and talking to them reminding we would complain to the tourist police and after long argument and spoiling our mood for our most awaited cruise dinner they had calls to and fro an gave us the seat . They got it corrected for the following day. Swimming with elephants in the sea is a must do!!
Original post below: Disappointed to say the least. Booked a couple days before and confirmed my hotel with the address and they had my emails and phone number.
Even got a confirmation that the pick up was 8:30 to 9 am the morning of.
Then 9am I called and was told that they are unsure if where I am. There are multiple hotels with the same name. I then told them I gave the address and then was told they drove by, which was Not True at all. Was sitting outside 10 min before the start of the pick up time.
Then was given excuse after excuse and everyone blamed someone else. I finally told the lady to stop, don’t blame others. I did what I was asked to do. I provided the address and you are the company I bought it from. All you should be saying is “Sorry” we screwed up.
So finally that happened and they offered to do it another day. Disappointed to say the least, so now I have 2 hours I have waisted of my day and my time to be ready for this, and not even a discount.
