Bonchon Bangkok Hospital — Restaurant in Bang Kapi Subdistrict

The staffs def needed to be trained. This branch is obviously lack of proper training. Staff sings in a restaurant, or some didnt know the promotions of what you showed on each tables. ONLY manager is knowledgeable. The main key is service either the restaurant located in the mall or the hospital the standard should be applied to the same way.

Only manager knows the credit card promotions available. The staff gave the wrong info and had a little debating with us until she figure out she wasn’t sure, then she called the manager right at our table. The thing is she should have called him privately, same to singing or talking loudly between kitchen and pantry area.

The manager is the one who solved everything and figured the plates that needed to be removed from our table.

All food are good, same standard as others branches EXCEPT the soup way too salty.

Drinks served for the first round, pour only on glass, why tho?

The last girl that takes care of our bull also did a good job.

Plenty of Parking s available at the hospital.

Ps. The seating way too packed...

Not recommended, they have many delivery order. Even we are the only table there. Poor service, low energy stuff. Slow but food was cold. Better to choose...
