Red Panda Yakiniku (Bangkae) — Restaurant in Bang Khae Nuea Subdistrict

The food was very good and the service is excellent for me except only one things though they had a lot of empty table. We still have to wait because they couldn’t clear the table fast enough and when I say they couldn’t clear it fast enough it took about 20 to 40 minutes for them to clear six tables Before we were seated But at least it is better than sitting and waiting for them for about 20 or 40 minutes before the service so I guess that’s a good decision on their part to not seat the customer before they’re ready. As for the food, I enjoy most of the stuff I chose the 999 package is included furgra and wagyu we are two of the most common thing that I ordered one down side is the sashimi wagyu was sliced too thick and its too hard to chew but I grilled it and its wonderful. I don’t really like their dessert so much but Its just my preference

Beware of the beef king set or something like that I cant remember the name, its the one with multiple beef that this is not so good for 999 set it only contain beef from lower price range just ordered what every you want to eat its...

ร้านบุฟเฟ่ต์​ปิ้งย่างสไตล์​ญี่ปุ่น เพิ่งเปิดใหม่ในห้างเดอะมอลล์​บางแค แบรนด์​เป็นรูปแพนด้าแดง มีทั้งเนื้อวากิว ซีฟู้ด​อาหารทะเล อาหารญี่ปุ่น ข้าวอบหม้อดิน ซาชิมิต่างๆ

โดยราคาเริ่มต้นแค่ 469++ และ ในคอร์สพรีเมี่ยม 699++ สามารถสั่งบุฟเฟ่ต์แซลมอนเพิ่มอีกเพียง 88. บาท คอร์สที่สูงที่สุดจะทานได้ทั้งเมนู Art of Yakiniku 999++

การสั่งอาหารสามารถสแกนQR ดูเมนูผ่าน App Canvas ได้แต่ที่ร้านจะให้สั่งใช้ปากกาเขียนจำนวนผ่านใบเมนูอีกที แล้วค่อยยื่นให้กับทางพนักงาน

น้ำจิ้ม : น้ำจิ้มที่ร้านบนโต๊ะจะมีแค่ ตัวน้ำจิ้มปิ้งย่าง รสชาติมีความเข้มข้น หวานๆเค็มๆ ดูเป็นเอกลักษณ์​ดีสามารถใส่พริกกระเทียมเพิ่มตามความชอบได้ แต่ถ้าอยากได้น้ำจิ้มอื่นๆสามารถขอเพิ่มได้ เช่น โชยุกับวาซาบิ และ น้ำจิ้มซีฟู้ด​(เผ็ดๆนัวๆ)

เนื้อ : ในเมนูเนื้อจะมีเมนูเซตรวมอยู่ ซึ่งถ้าใครอยากลองหลากหลายสั่งแบบเซตมาลองก่อน แล้วค่อยหาอันที่ชอบแล้วสั่งแยกเดี่ยวๆเฉพาะมาได้ แต่ตัวเซตเนื้อวากิวหน้าดูคล้ายๆกันไปหมดเลย ที่ร้านน่าจะมีป้ายมาจะได้รู้ว่าส่วนไหนคืออะไรบ้าง แต่รวมๆก็เนื้อนุ่มหมด ไม่เหนียว ส่วนของลิ้นก็ดี กรุบๆ แต่ตัวนี้ในเซตพรีเมี่ยม​ จะค่อนข้างเหนียว เคี้ยวเหนื่อย (สามารถขอกรรไกรมาตัดเนื้อจากพนักงานได้)

ซาชิมิ : ซาชิมิอาจจะไม่ได้มีเยอะมาก มีแซลมอน​ หอยเชลล์​ กุ้งแดงมาเป็นตัว ซาบะดอง ปลาหมึกยัก และ ทูน่า โดยรวมอาหารดูสด สะอาด แต่ทานแซลมอน​เจอก้างนิดหน่อย อาจจะต้องตรวจเช็คให้เรียบร้อยตอนถอดก้าง ใครชอบทานซาชิมิน่าจะถูกใจ

ซีฟู้ด​ : ได้ลองสั่งมาลองแค่หอยนางรม ที่ร้านจะมีสองแบบ คือ ซอสโชยุ​ อันนี้น่าจะไว้ให้ย่าง รู้สึกมันคาวๆพอย่างเสร็จ และ แบบซอสพอนสึ ตัวนี้ทานง่าย ร้านตัดเอ็นหอยให้ด้วย ดีมากๆซอสเปรี้ยว สดชื่น แต่หอยนางรมจะมีเลมอนใส่มาด้วยพอทานทั้งคำจะขมมากกว่า แนะนำให้เอาออก อีกทั้งหอยนางรมมีเปลือกหอยปนมาด้วย คาดว่าเกิดจากตอนที่เปิด ควรมีการตรวจเช็คให้ดีก่อนเสิร์ฟ​ เป็นแค่บางชิ้น

อาหารญี่ปุ่น​ และ ของทานเล่น : ไม่ได้สั่งข้าวมาทานเยอะกลัวอิ่มก่อน เลยสั่งเทมากิมาที่ร้านมีหน้าหลายหน้า ข้าวประมาณคำเดียวปริมาณดีมากๆ สลัดสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น​ทำออกมาทานง่าย ตัดเลี่ยนกับเนื้อดี ผักหั่นมาชิ้นเล็กๆ กิมจิ ยำสาหร่าย รสก็ดี แต่ตัวซุปที่เสิร์ฟ​มาค่อนข้างจะเย็น ตัวซุปเนื้อรสชาติ​ใช้ได้ แต่ตัวซุปใสรสชาติไม่ค่อยอร่อยเท่าไหร่

ของหวาน : ของหวานที่ร้านไม่ได้มีเยอะมาก และ ถ้าไม่สั่งตัวราคาสูงสุดน่าจะไม่ได้ของหวาน ของหวานจะมีไอศกรีม และ ผลไม้ ไอศกรีมมีสองรสชาติ คือ ชาเขียว และ ชีสเค้กสตอเบอรี่​ ไอศกรีมรสชาติดี

ราคา : 999++(1221.-) ราคา Net แล้ว ถ้าดูจากเมนูถ้าไม่ทานราคาสูงสุดจะรู้สึกไม่คุ้ม เพราะ จะไม่ได้ทานซาชิมิด้วย และ เนื้อจะได้แบบธรรมดา แต่ถ้าทานราคาแบบกลางๆก็ต้องเพิ่มเงินอีก 88 บาท...

Overall is average but with expectation and review it could be better. Come on holiday with advanced booking, the host is friendly. Some staffs are not that friendly but the service still fine.

Foods quality is so so. Pork and beef are ok sashimi does not meet the standards and compare with other restaurant and price it could be better.

At first our orders were served delayed and missed. Sashimi were not appropriated severed and prepared, also some foods like pork or appetizer. This should be improved a lot because this is not a newly open restaurant so your back of house of kitchen system should be settled and standardized.

Overall we are ok but may not consider to come again due to our opinion this restaurant...
