MJ Hotpot — Restaurant in Bang Phongphang Subdistrict

MJ hotpot the place is great service is great food is great. It’s one of my top places for Chinese Hotpot. Mala is not too spicy and oily, if you prefer a very spicy and oily one this might not live up to your standard, but the flavour is there.

The best thing about this place is the cleanliness of the place. Unlike most chinese restaurant which can be very daunting sometime, this hot pot place is very clean. The toilet is also very clean which is a plus from me.

All in all great chinese hotpot without the nitty gritty oily stuffs.

Recommend the Lamb here, taste good and especially for someone who don’t eat lamb because of it strong unique smell… lamb at this place doesn’t have those or at least very very subtle. Also the Shrimp Ball!! love those too. By the way they also have complimentary drink and dessert.

Premium buffet including soft drinks for 699,- per person which lets you order fresh oysters without limitations is such a good value for your money deal! Order via web app was no problem at all and the kitchen was blazing fast when we were there on a Saturday 6-8.30pm. Additionally, we were able to have our Samoyed with us because the restaurant is pet friendly. There is an area dedicated to guests with pets so that we weren’t inconvenient any other guests who might not wish or cannot due to allergies to sit close to pets. It's a 10/10 place. The 699 tbh hotpot is definitely work it. The meats are high quality, the soups are delicious, the selection of sides is big and everything tastes fantastic! A special mention would be the oysters, which are fresh, tasty and huge. The drinks are delicious and not as overly sweet as they often are at other places. The service is blazingly fast, so you can expect what you ordered to arrive a few minutes after. Tha staff is also very friendly and dogs are allowed in one of the areas, so you can bring your puppy while you eat. I almost don't want to praise it so much, because I don't want to be too busy for when I go there again, but they deserve...
