Maria could be one of my favorite places outside Bangkok except for the fact it is hit or miss. When the food is cooked well it is the best. Unfortunately so many times it is overcooked. This often is the problem of staff who don't ask customer preference. I would say the kitchen has the ability to be the best with their more expensive items. The number one problem is very poor wait staff who often fail to provide good service. Automatic 10% tip adds to this. Staff is late in bring food and often forgets service. I have found management to be very good when made aware of problems but by them the experience is ruined. It seems ownership is far to easy on staff and the staff seems very unconcerned about anyone being held responsible. This is partly a Thai problem due to the overall good nature of senior Thai which is taken advantage by staff. If Maria could bring in a tough leader it would truly be remarkable. Love - Melon Drink

We found this place riding from Triumph showroom to back home. I can definitely say that this place is amazing with all the food drinks and the pricing.

This place would look like a fine dining but when you see the menu, it is just like any other normal Thai restaurants.

Food is excellent. Vegetarian Pizza was full of salad and vegetables. Spinach soup was delicious so the pumpkin soup. Lemon juice and Thai tea was quite good, not as good as Pang Cha but good. They also give you small bun with butter, lovely.

Place is huge with plenty of tables and man the service is 5/5. Everyone was attentive, polite and ready to help. Except one male guy with Pen who kept clicking his pen and you know how irritating it gets but the rest was too good. I wound say this place hives the impression of being fine dining and expensive but it is not expensive to what you would think.

Excellent food and services. I used to come here like once a month. They have sooo many menus to offer, including Vietnamese, Thai, French, Japanese, and International menus. I love their pizza, it wasn’t too bland, the dough wasn’t too thick either, and the toppings was pretty good. It wasn’t expensive compared to the quality. Thai food is great too. They serve everything in big plate and you will be enjoying a wholesome dish with good quality.

However, since I come here a lot of time during these past few months. The steak quality was not consistent. The first time coming here 9-10 months ago, the beef tenderness was absolutely good. But after that, we ordered the same steak with the same rareness, it was very hard to chew and not enjoyable at all. So we kinda stop ordering it for a while.
