2nd time: This is NO-GO restaurant for me.

I loved this restaurant, not only tasty food, very variety, and budget friendly. But today I have to say No-More and Goodbye.

I stopped by for a crispy pork with chili paste, and found it tasteless. The amount of crispy pork and chili paste didn't match. turned out no flavored at all. such a terrible dish

Server offered free shrimp paste with veggies which I was scared to try. Not only it looked very spicy, it's spicy but it's very very good. Especially it's free side. OMG Love it!

However, What made this place NO-GO for me was the beef jerky, which I've found a cleared plastic in it. It sticked with some beef, looked like it was fried together.

So after I found this. I was shocked and disappointed.

1st time: Variety of Side Dishes, Local Flavors, and Flies

This place offers around 30 different side dishes that you can try, and the best part is that they are incredibly affordable. However, I do have some concerns about the cleanliness of the place. There were quite a few flies buzzing around, and some of the foods seemed to be left unheated.

This long-time local place is just a short walk from MRT Tao Poon and offers a big variety of side dishes from soups and stir-fries to curries and fried options, plus their signature taro porridge. Prices are very affordable with porridge at 5 thb and most sides around 25–30 thb.

The taste is average and cleanliness is not great, with the open-air setting and street location making it easy for dust and smoke to get in. The overall environment feels a bit run-down and could be improved, but it still works for a quick, no-frills meal if you are...
