Jazzy (Look Younger) Organic Hair Salon — Local services in Bang Sue Subdistrict

I have been several times to this salon since September 2019. I liked how they are upfront about prices compared to another salon I have been to in Bangkok. They are good at dying hair brown (see previous photo). But today I asked for blonde dye, I was not warned or advised to bleach it was going to be the only way to get it that blonde. At several points of the process I raised my concerns that it wasn’t blonde enough and might end up looking gingery and I even advised using a toner. I was reassured several times it would be blonder. Unfortunately I was right and it did end up gingery. When I asked if anything could be done to get it blonder then they advised bleaching was the only way - but didn’t offer to rectify it. I was offered a 300baht discount. But I would have rather have been given clear communication from the start you need to bleach it which I would have been happy to pay extra for or look elsewhere if they didn’t offer this. It’s sad because I really did enjoy going to this salon up until this point and I don’t think I’ll be going back because I didn’t get the product that I asked for and should have been given a solution. The only positive I can say is my hair feels softer from the keratin treatment that I also received at this visit. I would say go to this salon if you want brown or darker hair but look elsewhere if you want...

DON’T VISIT THIS PLACE. I strongly recommend everyone refrain from visiting this salon. I came there to get my hair blowed dried and curled. My the hairdresser was washing my hair, she was massaging my scalp very harshly. My head still hurts. After completing that painful procedure, she curled my hair in just 10 minutes! It was so quick and absolutely not thorough. The hairdresser didn’t even put any spray on my hair, so it stays longer. No foams, no sprays to fix that weak result she achieved. I think the hairstyle will lose its shape in an hour. For this poor service I was charged 300 thb (I stayed in the salon only 25 minutes). The owner of this salon was at the counter. She asked me to leave a review in exchange for wet tissue. Initially I wasn’t planning to write negative review. However, i checked in, tried to write a review, but my data didn’t allow me to post it. The owner of that place saw it and didn’t say anything, just stored the tissue back in the drawer. ต้องบอกก่อนว่าเราไม่เคยคิดจะให้ร้านไหนดาวเดียวเลย แต่ร้านนี้แย่มากจริงๆ นัด 15:30 ได้ตัดจริงเกือบ 16:00 แค่เรื่องเวลาก็ทำให้อยากเดินออกจากร้านทันที แต่ก็ยังให้อภัยได้อยู่ ก่อนตัดแจ้งทรงผมที่อยากได้ไป เป็นทรง butterfly hair cut พร้อมยื่นเรฟ และคุยรายละเอียดว่าเออเราเป็นคนผมบางนะตัดแบบนี้ได้ไหม ช่างก็บอกว่าเดี๋ยวสไลด์แบบไม่บางให้เราก็โอเค พอเริ่มตัด ช่างไม่สระผมก่อนตัด ทำการตัดเลยทันที เราก็เข้าใจเพราะคิดว่าแต่ละร้านเทคนิคไม่เหมือนกัน แต่อยู่ดีๆช่างที่ตัดผมก็หยุดตัดผมเรา แล้วเดินไปทำผมให้ลูกค้าอีกคนนึง ซึ่งอันนี้เราไม่โอเคเพราะการตัดผมควรจะต่อเนื่อง แต่ก็ไม่ได้พูดอะไร พอตัดเสร็จก็ไปสระผม ช่างอีกคนสระให้ถามเราก่อนว่าให้เกาไหมเราบอกไม่เกาก็โอเค จากนั้นพนักงานเริ่มทำการสระผมโดยชะโลมแชมพูลงบนหนังศีรษะก่อนซึ่งเป็นวิธีที่ไม่ควรทำอย่างมาก ยิ่งกับคนที่มีปัญหาผมบาง ผมหลุดร่วงง่าย วิธีสระที่ควรทำคืออย่าเอาน้ำยาสระลงบนหัวเลยต้องสระจากปลายผมแล้วใช้ฟองที่เกิดจากการสระปลายผมขึ้นมาสระบนหนังศีรษะอีกที (อันนี้คลินิกปลูกผมแนะนำมา) แต่ทำไปแล้วก็แล้วกันไป เราก็เงียบไป สักพักพนักงานก็นวดหัวให้ ขั้นตอนนี้โอเคสบาย แต่ตอนหลังเริ่มรู้สึกเจ็บเหมือนใช้เล็บหรือเล็บยาวอันนี้ไม่แน่ใจ(ปกติช่างทำผมควรจะตัดเล็บหรือเปล่าอันนี้เกิดความสงสัย) ตอนเป่าผมเล็บก็เกี่ยวโดนคอเราก็มองพนักงานแต่นางก็เหมือนไม่รู้ตัว พอเป่าผมเสร็จช่างก็มีการเก็บทรงผมอีกรอบพร้อมกับไดร์ผมเพื่อเซ็ท มันตลกมากตรงที่แสกข้างรู้สึกเหมือนเป็นคนแก่ แถมผมที่เซ็ทยังตกลงมาบังหน้าอีก555555 แต่ยังให้ 1 ดาวเพราะตัดได้ตรงเรฟ...
