A staff member asked to use my phone, claiming she wanted to help add a hashtag to my post for Google review.

However, she went ahead and posted a review claiming the service was excellent and even included her own name as the person who assisted me.This not only makes the review inauthentic but also violates my right to control what is shared from my personal account.

While the service I received was average, and nothing extraordinary, this action just left a negative impression. If actions like this are being driven by internal KPIs or other pressures, I urge management to reconsider how they are implemented. Went to this place last time. The service was very bad. I asked to change seat, the staff gave it to the customer who asked after us and she said the reciept will change if we change the table but let the customer who came before us and ordered still can change sit. How come?? What type of service is this? Isnt it first come first serve? Not only that, after the ice cream arrived the staff was hurry for no reason and place the fork on the table. ไม่เคยเจอสาขาไหน บริการแย่เท่าสาขานี้เลย ไม่มีการจัดการบริการที่ดี อยากให้ใส่ใจลูกค้ามากขึ้นหน่อย ถ้าลูกค้าเยอะยังพอเข้าใจได้ ที่สังเกต ลูกค้าไม่ได้เยอะอะไร แต่ไม่มีพนักงานมาต้อนรับลูกค้าหน้าร้านเลย พนักงานยื่นคุยอะไรกันตรงกลางร้านกัน ไม่สนใจว่าลูกค้าเช้ามานั่งแล้ว เอาน้ำมาเซิร์ฟแล้ว แต่ไม่เอาเมนูมาให้ รอจนต้องเรียกพนักงาน ขอชิมไอศครีมรสใหม่มี3รส เอามาให้เราจะเลือกรสชาติที่2 แต่พนักงานจำไม่ได้ว่าคือรสชาติไหนที่ให้ชิม พอมาเซิร์ฟไอศครีม ก็ไม่มีช้อนมาให้ จนต้องเรียกพนักงานใหม่ มองไปรอบตัว คือลูกค้าน้อยมาก มีแค่3-4โต๊ะ เรานั่งโต๊ะแรกจากหน้าร้าน ลูกค้าออกไปตั้งนานแล้ว แต่ไม่มีพนักงานมาเก็บโต๊ะเลย จนเรายกกล้องขึ้นมาถ่าย
