Octopus 's garden สลัดหมึกคาเฟ่ — Restaurant in Buri Ram Province

We arrived around 1210-1215 and we were the only customers. In that time zero Grab drivers came in so we are the only order in the place. My girlfriend ordered kapow moo with fried egg. I thought I would be adventurous and try western food so I got a burger and fries and a chicken wings starter.

Her food came out about 7-8 minutes later which is very good timing but I knew what it meant. 11 minutes later the wings came out. 7 minutes later my burger and fries came out. So obviously she was finished before the starter even arrived. I am dumbfounded at what takes 18 minutes past the time her food arrived to cook a burger.

Adding fuel to the fire a group of 3 young Thai men ordered shortly after us. All of their food arrived before mine, Including FRENCH FRIES!!!

Naturally when my burger and fries arrived the fries were good and cold.

So let’s get to the food. The first thing my girlfriend said was this kapow and pork is old. It’s so dry and hard.

The chicken wings never saw a spice. Dropped in oil and served. Be damned the salt and pepper or anything that might add flavor.

The burger was ok. Over cooked but ok. They never asked how I wanted it cooked so I guess that’s on me. But 25-27 minutes to cook a burger is absolutely ridiculous. Oh and as stated the fries were cold.

Never again. I’m very surprised at the high ratings but I’m going to guess it’s very kind Thai people rating western food. We...

เรามาถึงเพื่อฉลองวันเกิดภรรยา ปลาโปรดของเธอคือปลาแซลมอน แต่ไม่มีปลาเลย ถ้าผมรู้จักเส้นทางในบุรีรัมย์ เราคงออกไปแล้วหาร้านอาหารอื่นกิน เราสั่งอาหารเรียกน้ำย่อยมาสามอย่าง... ปลาหมึกอร่อยดี ปูห่อชีสรสชาติหลักๆ แต่น้ำจิ้มก็โอเค ปีกไก่สุกเกินไปและแห้ง ผมสั่งเบอร์เกอร์เป็นอาหารจานหลัก ส่วนภรรยาผมเลือกผัดกะเพรากุ้งซึ่งเป็นเมนูโปรดตลอดกาล เบอร์เกอร์มาในโหลแก้ว ทำให้ขนมปังแฉะ เฟรนช์ฟรายส์ไม่ปรุงรส แถมยังแฉะและไม่สุกเท่าที่ผมคิด ภรรยาผมไม่ค่อยประทับใจผัดกะเพราของเธอเท่าไหร่... มันสุกเกินไป คืนก่อนหน้าเราประทับใจที่อื่นมากกว่าในราคาที่ถูกกว่ามาก พนักงานเสิร์ฟใส่ใจดี แต่พ่อครัวต้องหัดทำอาหารใหม่ๆ รสชาติอร่อยๆ ก่อนถึงจะออกมาดูดี เราจะไม่กลับไปอีกแน่นอน! We arrived to celebrate my wife's birthday. Her favourite fish is salmon, and there was none available. Had I known my way around Buriram, we would have left and found a different restaurant. We ordered three starters... the calamari was good, the crab parcels tasted mainly of cheese, but the dip was fine, and the chicken wings were overcooked and dry. I ordered the burger for main, and my wife decided to stick to a perennial favourite pad ker pow kung. The burger was delivered in a glass cloche, which meant the bun was soggy. The French fries were not seasoned and were also soggy and undercooked for my taste. My wife was not impressed with her pad kerpow... it was overcooked. We had a much better experience elsewhere on the previous night for very much less money. The waiting staff were attentive, but the cook needs to learn to cook tasty food fresh to the table before making it look fancy. We won't...

พนักงานน่ารัก สุภาพ เรียบร้อยบริการดี ไม่มีที่ให้ตำหนิ

ราคาสมเหตุสมผล ทานได้ถือว่าไม่แพง

ที่จอดรถกว้างขวางภายในโครงการ ทั้งบริเวณลานริมถนนใหญ่ และหน้าร้านภายในโครงการ

สั่งซีซ่าสลัดมาทาน อาหารเสิร์ฟมาหน้า หน้าตาเหมือนในเมนู สวยงาม จานใหญ่ น่าทานมากๆ น้ำสลัดรสชาติใช้ได้ ผักสดกรอบ ไข่ออนเซ็นได้ที่ ครูตองกรอบ เบคอนแข็ง เหนียวหน่อยแต่รับได้ คลุกน้ำสลัดมาได้ทั่วถึง ยังมีน้ำสลัด พิเศษเสิร์ฟเคียงมาให้อีก เราไม่ได้ใช้ เพราะที่คลุกมาก็ทั่วถึงแล้ว

ขอติงเนื้อไก่ ที่ไม่ได้สดใหม่ เนื้อไม่ชุ่ม ไม่นุ่ม คาดว่าต้มไว้ หั่น แล้วอุ่นด้วยไมโครเวฟ ทำให้เนื้อแห้ง ชิ้นเศษเล็กๆจะมีความแข็งนิดๆ ทำให้เสียอารมณ์มากกว่าเสียรสชาติค่ะ..

แต่เหตุนี้ปรับปรุงได้ไม่ยาก เชื่อว่าทางร้านรับทราบแล้ว ปรับปรุงได้ทันทีค่ะ.. ข้อเสียเล็กๆน้อยๆ บางทีเกิดขึ้นจากความผิดพลาดที่ไม่ได้ตั้งใจ ให้อภัยได้ค่ะ

โดยรวมเป็นร้านที่ดี ทานได้ เพศทุกวัยทุกเชื้อชาติ เรายังอยากไปชิมเมนูอื่นๆอีก ยังมีหน้าทานอีกหลายเมนู ทางร้านมีความตั้งใจใช้ของที่มีคุณภาพ และสนับสนุนของที่ผลิตในชุมชน สมควรได้รับการอุดหนุนอีกหลายๆครั้งค่ะ

ถ้าได้มาบุรีรัมย์อีก...
