Phuket Lobster House — Restaurant in Chalong

The service was incredibly slow or forgetful. The people themselves were nice but did not seem very attentive or remember things that we had ordered. We ordered green curry with seafood and it came out with chicken and this also took about 40 minutes before we got that (there weren’t that many people there) and they forgot our water that we ordered at the beginning and a second beer, even though we told two people about it after waiting for the first server to bring that out for about 40-50 min. Also the prices are very expensive for their seafood when you can get probably better quality and almost definitely better service elsewhere. Didn’t get our order of Pad Thai until about an hour of being at the restaurant. Overall the food was good when it finally came out but not worth the wait...

Decent place by the beach in Phuket if you want seafood, but it seems like most people are dropped off here by their tour guides or drivers for commissions.

We got the pad thai seafood and the traditional fried rice with seafood. Both were ok dishes but we expected much better from a seemingly chique place by the beach at this price (570 baht for 2 of us with sprite as drinks).

The staff were not too attentive and they took a very long time to get our order, eventually we had to ask them to come. Even paying the bill was messy - it wasn’t clear if it was at the table or at the counter, and the staff barely could give me the change themselves without running it past the manager.

Atmosphere is nice by the beach, but for this price I’m sure there are lots of other places...

Very bad.

Us tourists were given different menu with more expensive prices. We were accidentally given a different menu with prices 50-150baht difference per meal (Gold menu) compared to our menu (Black menu).

Be aware. Very forgetful too, all the sets of our orders all messed up, but was replaced accordingly.

After confronting them about the price difference, they tried to cover it up by saying its old menu.
