A big disappointment!! Reviews on internet obviously not from genuine customers.
The setting is nice with relaxed feeling (but no aircon available). The prices are rediculously high for location and what you get....... 75 bant for an iced moccachino when it is available nearby for 40 baht and only 65 baht at the nearby RoastNiyom franchise store (with aircon) which produces a nice coffee. We never asked for a bottle of water but they put it on the table and charged 20 baht for it. We didn't drink it but the staff tried to charged us for it ......how rude is that?? The customer service is appalling.
We went there today and the staff were sitting at a table yelling and giggling and were so childish that we had to leave early as we couldnt hear ourselves speak. It certainly is not a place to go if you just want to relax with a quiet coffee.....go elsewhere as there are plenty of places to go who will give you good customer service at a much cheaper...
Read moreHaving recently moved to Mae Rim, I have been meaning to visit this restaurant and when my girlfriend and I did so, it didn't disappoint. I ordered the beef spaghetti bolognese with french fries and my girlfriend Pad Ka Prao Talay with a mango smoothie and an Italian soda. My (Thai) girlfriend said her food and smoothie was delicious. My spaghetti had a surprisingly flavoursome sauce (having had this dish many times in Thailand it tends to be bland) and the spaghetti was nicely cooked. The staff were very smiley, helpful and attentive and the overall atomsphere of the place was pleasing. My only complaint is that the portion of my spaghetti bolognese was small, particularly compared to my girlfriend's. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our visit and will be back for more weekend lunches. I didn't stay in the hotel. Finally, thank you to the lovely staff, you are doing an...
Read moreIf you find a lovely and relaxing atmosphere to sit and hang out with your friends , this fits your need. So far I visited there 3 times already at different times of the day and I changed my seat at different spots. I was satisfied all those three visits. However personally I was bored with their foods. Not many varieties of foods offered there and the prices were high compared with the portion they served. Also, the taste was not special. For me they was just more or less. However it seemed the highlight there was a paper thin like pizza. For beverage, they were served with very fancy topping but the taste was still so-so for me. Beside of pizza, I think their cakes were stunning on the look. Lastly, it is one of the good places to give it a try in Chiang Mai. At least the atmosphere there is worth going. Hope you...
