Love Sushi Japanese Food & BBQ — Restaurant in Chiang Mai Province

Amazing place! Once you reach this place, you will see smiling worker staying at the entrance and welcoming you. She will show you the available place to seat and give you menu. At that time you will be looking not at the menu, but around your self. Beautiful decorations, trees, and lots of small details. Menu has pictures and there are lots of dishes. Sushi, sashimi, and even steaks. They have very affordable sets. I eat sushi in all countries I travel to. So sushi here is great! Fresh and high quality. It is really surprising me. I can not say that price here are low. No. But at the same time not too expensive. And remember, that when we are talking about raw fish, keep in mind, that to keep it fresh you need to very carefully control delivery and temperature. So products with raw fish can’t be cheap here. One thing I don’t like is that there is problem for paying by credit card. Don’t remember what is it actually, so ask about it if you don’t have...

The sushi is probably the second best I've had in Chiang Mai. It is definitely the best price though for good sushi, and it's got a beautiful set up. The art is beautiful, and the owner also has a lot of pretty cool figurines set up in cases. There is also a beautiful garden outdoor seating area as well. If you have kids, you may want to plan on sitting outside as there are a few risqué pics posted in the indoor dining area. Two of our servers were quite rude, however, there was one server named Phaer (sounds like plae) was incredibly polite and kind. I'm sad I've only got one more day in Chiang Mai this trip so it's going to be another few months before I can make it back. Definitely looking forward...

A good find along the river, out of the city. Good value for quality, reasonable portion size, large menu, large selection of beers & shoju, varied seating options, pleasant service, kitchen is amazingly fast, big parking lot. However, I disagree with previous reviewers on quality of sushi here ... Maguro sashimi Don featured a good portion of maguro which was not as fresh as desired. Cooked scallops also not as fresh as should be. Tempura batter was too hard & crispy. Whereas, the beef ramen was fine! Will go back to enjoy their beef...
