Nice place for kids to hang out and play with both indoor and outdoor play areas. But close to zero customer service mind… Staffs are not empowered to make any decision by themselves. They all need to wait for their managers to make all decisions.

We went there for our mother / grandma birthday because we had 5 kids and 12 adults. We asked to book a place on Tuesday evening (the place is never full), they asked us to send LINE messenger or talk to the manager… Cannot confirm #DISempowered

After talking to a manager to book a place and paid 1000THB deposit was offered 10% discount and a small half pound cake. The manager sent a menu. I called the next day to pre-order food, so our kids can eat when we arrive. The staff told me to type my order via LINE messenger instead of taking an order from my phone call, so the manager can see. I had to push that I was driving and couldn’t type. Then they were ok for me to order via phone. #DISempowered

When we are at the place, they got a promotion of eating 1,500THB per bill and then they would give a small logo bag for free. 2 kids in our table wanted the bags. Our bills were total of ~5,000THB (I paid myself and some from my family separately) We asked whether we could have 2 bags for our kids. They said they it was per bill and we asked again they said they needed to check with a manager. Then came back and refused. A manager didn’t give. #DISempowered.

Then I asked if I could provide a feedback about my experience so they could improve. The staff said, you can talk to a manager… They went to tell the manager, the manager took no action.

We don’t think we would recommend anyone in our family and community to go to this place despite a nice atmosphere and kid friendly… I don’t want anyone to experience a place with no customer service and all staffs are so disempowered and just walked around and do their jobs...

The atmosphere inside is good, the interior decoration is beautiful and there are many corners to choose from and good playgrounds for your kids. As for the taste of Thai food, it's delicious, but the international food such as spaghetti is poor level because too soft, it's like eating marshmallows more.
