From the moment you arrive, you can feel how much love and care has gone into this place. The owner welcomes you with a warmth and openness that’s rare to find – very chatty, genuinely interested, and with a wonderful, authentic personality. It’s immediately clear she runs this restaurant with true passion.
The place itself is set in a small, lovingly designed garden with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Green plants and nature all around – without any of the noise. The atmosphere is calm, relaxed, and personal.
This restaurant is especially suited for couples, solo travelers, and families looking to slow down and unwind. No rush, no stress – just pure ease and tranquility.
Good to know: There’s Wi-Fi, the seating is nicely shaded, and the prices are very fair. As a lovely bonus, they serve fresh bread with tomatoes, olives, and olive oil – totally free and incredibly delicious.
One small note for those in a hurry: the owner prepares every dish herself, so things can take a little time. That said, we received our food within 10 minutes, which we didn’t find slow at all. If you’re happy to chat and soak up the peaceful garden vibe while you wait, you’ll barely notice the time passing.
The Pizza was fantastic.
Bottom line: I’d come back anytime. If you value personality, peace, and great food, you’ll...
Read moreSitting here relaxing after one of the best meals I've had in all my time in Thailand. Jin is an amazing cook and John is a great host. The food is quite possibly the best Italian you'll find outside Italy - amazingly they had all the veges you expect in Italian salads and the pasta was to die for.
If you fancy a change from Thai food and want Italian food in a nice low-key relaxed garden setting then I can't recommend Jins highly enough.
Top tips: they have a range of bottles of wine for sale - we had an excellent Italian wine for 1500 baht (all wine is expensive in Thailand). There are bottles ranging from 500 baht up. If you want extra parmesan cheese (it's already added to your food) then just ask. It's not free because it's so expensive in Thailand, which is fair enough.
Highly recommend the truffle and mushroom pasta, and the salads. The pizzas look amazing but we couldn't fit one in 😥
Seating is limited and it's a small family business so it pays to call ahead and book. They do a takeaway...
Read moreAVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! One of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. The owner has a terrible attitude, especially towards children — completely unprofessional and unfriendly.
The wait is painfully long, and while they warn you about it, the food is simply not worth either the time or the price. The menu lists drinks, but when we ordered, the owner flat-out refused and actually shouted at her own mother, saying she will not make them because she was “too busy cooking.” Absolutely shocking behavior.
This wasn’t even our first red flag. When I once called to ask if the restaurant was open, the owner snapped back saying “didn’t I read what she wrote on Facebook?” — an incredibly rude way to speak to any potential customer.
To make things worse, instead of handling feedback professionally, she argues with and even attacks customers on Facebook. Hospitality clearly means nothing here.
Save yourself the disappointment and go...
