The row will be soft and gummy when it's cooked by scalding. Then, when spread it with the curry that consists of spice, coconut milk, turmeric, and indian curry powder, that all can generate the yellow color make more testable and haveing good taste. They are chicken kao soi, pork kao soi which suppose to eat with the other subsidiaries as red onions, reserved lettuce, and lemon. (Regular and special portions available)
