Nice looking Japanese Restaurant in a local part of Chiang Mai, close to Hwy 108. Large menu with traditional dishes that are not commonly available in most Japanese restaurants. There wasn't even sushi on the menu. Lots of sashismi dishes. Dishes were 3 out of 5 and relatively expensive. From 1st dish to the last, it took at least 45mins. Service was average at best. คุณคงจำเราได้หลังจากที่เราโทรหาคุณ เราตั้งใจขี่รถ20นาทีไปลองชิมอาหารร้านคุณ เราสั่งข้าวราดแกงกะหรี่ญี่ปุ่นหมู กับ ชุดข้าวคัทซึด้ง หมูในชุดคัทซึด้งติดรสเค็ม เราไม่ทราบว่าเป็นสูตรทางร้านหรืออย่างไร แต่เรารู้สึกว่าหมูไม่สด หลังจากเรากลับบ้าน1ชั่วโมงครึ่ง ผมกับภรรยา ท้องเสียพร้อมกันทั้งคู่ ซึ่งไม่เคยเป็นแบบนี้ เราจึงคุยกันแล้วตัดสินใจโทรหาเจ้าของร้าน เรายืนยันว่าเราไม่ได้ต้องการคอมเพลนอะไรไม่ดีให้คุณ เพียงแต่จะบอกว่าสิ่งที่เราเจอเป็นแบบนี้ อาจจะมีความผิดพลาดมาจากด้านใดด้านหนึ่ง แต่เจ้าของร้านผู้หญิงเสียงแข็งบอกว่าเป็นไปไม่ได้ ที่ของร้านเธอจะไม่สะอาด เราบอกเธอเรากินข้าวเช้า11โมง แล้วทั้งวันก็ไม่ได้กินอะไรกันอีก จนไปร้านเธอตอนค่ำ เธอบอกเราว่า หมอบอกต้องรอ6ชั่วโมงเราถึงจะท่องเสียจากอาหารที่เราทานเข้าไป เธอขายมา20ปีไม่เคยมีแบบนี้(หรือเธอไม่เคยรู้) ถามเรากลับอีกว่าแล้วเราต้องการอะไร ...และเธอก็ไม่ได้แคร์ด้วยว่าเราจะรู้สึกยังไงกับร้านเธอ เธอมีลูกค้าเยอะอยู่แล้ว เงิน650บาท ผมไม่ได้เสียดาย ไม่ได้คิดจะเรียกคืน แต่คุณไม่มีแม้แต่การรับฟัง ไม่มีความเห็นใจ ไม่มีคำขอโทษ หรือคิดจะหาสาเหตุจากทางคุณก่อน ซึ่งผิดปกติวิสัย ของผู้คนจากญี่ปุ่น ตอนแรกว่าจะชวนเพื่อนชาวญี่ปุ่นไปทาน...
