@Waterside Chiangrai — Restaurant in Chiang Rai Province

Service was quite very bad, staffs cannot prioritize what is the first thing when customer come inside of the store. When we came they should come to welcome us but instead they chitchat and tidy the umbrellas and let customer standing and asking that could you please tidy the table for us....

Actually the food quite alright but when plus with the service that we had got 1/5 is my point that I gave

Also that they had quite hard rainy so it is your sense of crisis that if it rained you should hurry to help customer with the umbrella and help them to go inside but instead we need to help each other by ourselves and ask staffs for umbrellas, also when we go inside for check in they just let us stand what ever they want and no staff inside counter was trying to arrange the crowed of customer inside (which it was COVID-19 period)

We also need to asking for umbrellas service to go to the parking lot by ourselves as well.

Next time please improve the store service quality, in this difficult timing of the year you should provide the best service for customer but instead you just let this happen. I didn’t mean only 1 staff but all staffs that I’ve seen in today need to improve if you still want to survive in...

Due to construction activities, by the municipality, on the old location, @Waterside was forced to move. This happened a few months ago. The new location, opposite Hat Chiang Rai (Chiang Rai Beach) is, for me, much better. Okay, a little bit out of town, but the atmosphere is amazing.

The life music is okay, although I prefer a little more modern music.

The quality of the food is good and the service of the staff is nothing to complain about.

I suggest only that they add some English in the menu card. That makes ordering easier.

large restaurant with lots of outside tables with plenty of parking and very clean toilets. it is right on the river and has a very good ambiance. the food is excellent but at least twice as expensive as normal. but the service and the many little things around are very good. e.g. there are napkins instead of paper towels and good cutlery. the live music that night was something for families. recommended for dates families and business associates.
